Management of keratoconus – with the fitting of gas permeable contact lenses.
Undertake foreign body removals – i.e. remove ingrown eyelashes, metal splinters from eyes etc.
Advice on lighting and VDU use
Advise on eye safety requirements for home, work and leisure
Provide laser surgery referrals and co-management/ aftercare
Advise on children’s vision
Provide referrals to ophthalmologists / eye specialists
Analyse, assess and provide the appropriate care and treatment plan for any visual problems.

Most examinations are directly bulk-billed to Medicare (refer payment methods heading for further information).
